I have decided to close the forums. It was becoming monotonous to delete all of the spam being posted.

There was a mix-up on one of the local DS homebrew sites mistaking me as the author of Powder. I unfortunately am not the most excellent Jeff Lait. Jeff’s website can be found here: http://www.zincland.com/
From perusing Jeff’s website, it seems he is almost as big a fan of roguelike games as I am.
We here at The Moon Books Project support Jeff Lait, and hopes he continues to focus his intellect on advancing roguelike technology on the Nintendo DS.

Although not really book related the ‘roguelike’ RPG Powder has been released with DS support. The popularity of this type of game has been steadily increasing in the commercial circles with the release of Izuna the Legend of the Unemployed Ninja and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. The inspiration of those games, this game and other games of the like (Diablo) stems from a game called Rogue, which begot Hack, which begot NetHack.
I have been a fan of Powder for years now, and am greatly looking forward to enjoying it on my DS now.
More information on Powder can be found at the developers website here: http://www.zincland.com/powder/

I’m back from my self imposed vacation from technology. As some of you may know The Moon Books Project is an off-shoot of my earlier Literary Greats (library on a cd) project. For those who are interested, or in the least want to download a ton of books (non moonbooks formatted) you can check out the Literary Greats 1.0 and 2.0 links at the top of the page.
Also, to make finding and getting all these great books for the DS easier, I have implimented a <fanfare>Download<fanfare> link at the top of the page. I intend to use the download page, to list all the book archives and books within them for ease of use.
Enjoy!

I’m going to be taking a break from technology for a week to catch up on taking care of my family, and reading the Bible. I’ve noticed that Aesop’s fables is being requested in the forums, so that will be the first book I release upon returning. If anyone has any requests, comments or questions I’ll be happy to get to them next weekend or so. Also, everyone I’m working with on projects, I’ll be happy to continue (or start) upon my return.
I would like to thank everyone for your support, and continued visitage of The Moon Books Project.
